How do I return an item?


Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products you cannot cancel or amend your order once placed and no refunds will be given for incorrectly ordered items. 

It is your responsibility to double check your chosen options once added to your shopping cart using 'View list of options I selected', and again once you have received your email order confirmation. 

You also agree to have read and understood all technical details regarding Colour Correction and Sharpening, Bleed and Trim, File Type etc as found under the 'FAQ / Technical Details' section of our site. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that all files sent meet the required specifications and understand that we do not proof the files sent for any possible typos, design issues or any other creative choices you may have made. 

In addition to this, our products cannot be returned or exchanged if no longer required. 

If however your item is delivered damaged or faulty then please contact customer service on 0141 374 2044 or via email. 

We will then arrange collection of the item for inspection by our team. 

Received orders should be inspected upon delivery and any problems should be reported to us as soon as possible, and in any case within 24 hours.
